A Mother Space is a fortnightly group for mamas with babies from newborn up to 1 year. Whether this is your first baby or you are welcoming a new addition to your family, the experience of these early weeks and months of motherhood can be a whirlwind. Each Mother Space gathering will be gently guided by your facilitator and there will be opportunity to talk, listen and share. We will have tea and cake, and honour this chapter of your journey. We will hold your baby (if you want us to!) and give you a chance to take a breath.
